3. 设计通过FEM分析计算，必要时实施设计变更。
The design need to pass the FEM calculation analysis, implement the design changes if necessary.
4. 构建原型样车样件进行实车测试。针对出现的问题分析原因，确定设计变更方案并应用。
Build the prototype samples for the physical vehicle test. Analyse the causes of the occuring problems, dertermine the design change proposals and apply it.
5．与供应商进行DFM、DFA、DFMA检查，并组织开发会议，使供应商明理解图纸及质量要求，建立验证计划及开发计划，完善设计并发布批准的3D及2D。
Check DFM, DFA, DFMA with suppliers, and organize kick off meetings to enable suppliers to clearly understand drawings and quality requirements, establish validation plans and development plans, optimise designs and release approved 3D and 2D.
6．跟踪试生产中出现的质量问题，分析原因并确定设计变更方案。
Track the quality problems occurring in pilot production, analyse the reasons and dertermine the changing request proposal.
7．发布量产用图纸。
Release drawings which are used for mass production.
8．积极分析供应商的反馈及建议，包括质量及成本方面，设计中引入合理化的建议。完成负责部件的的开发评审、验证及改进。
Actively analyze suppliers’ feedback and suggestions, including quality and cost, and introduce reasonable suggestions into design. Complete development review, validation and improvement of his/ her responsible parts.
9．必要时驾驶摩托车，体验质量及顾客感受，以便确定改进方向。
Drive the motorcycle when necessary, experience the quality and customers’ feelings, in order to determine the improvement direction.
10．组织与供应商的开发会议，确定最优（成本及质量方面）的技术方案，按时完成设计开发任务。
Organize development meetings with suppliers, determine the optimal technical solution (in terms of cost and quality), and complete design and development tasks on time.
